Order cancellation and refund policy

Please contact our customer service center to check your order status or you can login into your account to view your order status:

1) If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund;

2) If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item in its original condition (unused and unopened) to us within SEVEN days of receiving the products. In this case, we will refund you the payment excluding actual shipping fees already incurred.

Missing item

Possible reasons:

Order Split Shipped: Check your order whether it has not been split shipped. Contact our Customer Service.

We made a mistake: On rare occasions, an item may be missed during packaging.

Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.

If you have checked, there is still something missing. Take photos of what has arrived and email what is missing in SEVEN days since the package arrived, including your order number and a copy of the parcel declaration. We will check out stock history, then send you a replacement or refund the missing item once we confirm.

Defect item

For "defect" products, please email the product code of defect items and attach the images of defect items in SEVEN days since the package arrived. We will send you a replacement or refund the defect item you paid for the order.

Unwanted product

If you are not happy with any item in your order please email within SEVEN days of receiving the products. Providing the item is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will refund the amount you paid for that item. The shipping cost already occurred cannot be refunded in this case. Please note, customers need to responsible for the full shipping fee and customs fee on returned items. It is recommended for customers to use a shipping method with a tracking number and lower down the value of the package on the postage label as we cannot be responsible for items lost due to its carrier while in transit.

Missing package

If you are not receiving your package after estimated shipping time, please contact us and provide your order number to us. We will check with our carrier for further details. If the shipping address is completely right and missing delivery during shipping, we will do the full refund for your order. If the missing is caused by an uncompleted shipping address, we cannot responsible for the missing package and no refund will be issued.

Please follow these steps to return your products

1) Contact customer service and offer the relevant information of the order, especially the Order number and the return product code.

2) Describe complete reasons for return. If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry SEVEN days of receiving the products.

3) Our customer service will check and reply how to procedure the return and refund process.

4) Return your items

5) We received items and refund your money or keep the refund value into your account for next order.

Please Note: All returns request must be sent back within SEVEN days of receipt of the item. We only accept products in their original condition. It is recommended for customers to use a shipping method with tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for items lost due to its carrier while in transit.
